Voeding voor medisch gebruik. Dieetvoeding bij fenylketonurie. Te gebruiken onder medisch toezicht.
PKU Lophlex LQ 20 is een kant-en-klare fenylalaninevrije* dieetvoeding. Het bevat essentiële en niet-essentiële aminozuren, vitaminen, spoorelementen en enkele mineralen. Bevat DHA. Met suikers en zoetstoffen.
*kan sporen van fenylalanine bevatten afkomstig van fruitsap (uit concentraat).
PKU Lophlex LQ 20 kan niet worden gebruikt als enige bron van voeding, maar moet worden gegeven in combinatie met een andere eiwitbron om te voorzien in de behoefte aan fenylalanine.
Het is geschikt als dieetvoeding bij bewezen fenylketonurie bij kinderen vanaf 4 jaar en volwassenen, inclusief zwangeren (in combinatie met foliumzuursuppletie)

PKU Lophlex LQ 20 is een voeding voor medisch gebruik. Medische voeding wordt door arts of diëtist geadviseerd.

Algemene Informatie
Eén pakje (125 ml) PKU Lophlex LQ 20 levert 20 gram eiwitequivalent.
De dagdosering van PKU Lophlex LQ 20 moet door arts of diëtist worden vastgesteld en is afhankelijk van leeftijd, gewicht en medische conditie van de patiënt.
PKU Lophlex LQ 20 is verkrijgbaar bij de apotheek of een facilitair bedrijf.
Gebruik
Verdeel de dagelijks te gebruiken hoeveelheid PKU Lophlex LQ 20 over de dag. Goed schudden voor gebruik. Koel serveren en meteen consumeren. Het is belangrijk om gelijktijdig met PKU Lophlex LQ 20 extra water of een andere drank te nuttigen.
